Client: Any individual or business that enters into a service agreement with 2Marketing.

3. Services and Payment
All service engagements require a signed agreement or confirmation in writing.
Invoices are payable according to the terms outlined in the project agreement (typically Net 15 or Net 30).
Late payments may incur a service fee and/or interest charges.
Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials created by 2Marketing—including but not limited to designs, code, ad copy, and reports—remain the property of 2Marketing until full payment is received.
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our work without written consent.
Client trademarks, content, or data remain the property of the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely information, approvals, and access necessary for us to deliver services.
You warrant that any material provided to 2Marketing does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project, including business plans, technical data, and marketing strategies.
7. Third‑Party Tools and Platforms
2Marketing may use third-party services (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, WordPress, analytics tools). We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or changes in policies of third-party platforms.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
Upon termination, the client is responsible for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
No refunds are provided for work already delivered or hours used.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2Marketing shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Results that depend on third-party performance (e.g., ad impressions, search engine rankings)
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not guarantee any specific results (e.g., rankings, leads, ROI) unless explicitly stated in a signed contract. All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2Marketing is legally registered in Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
