2Marketing wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions or other assistive technology. This statement explains the standard we work to, what we have done, where we know the site still falls short, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
The standard we follow
We design and test 2marketing.com against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. Meeting WCAG 2.2 AA also covers the requirements of WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 at Level AA.
That standard is the one referenced by the accessibility rules that apply to us and to the people we serve:
- Ontario: the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11), which require public websites to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA and require a way for the public to give feedback in accessible formats.
- Canada: the Accessible Canada Act and the Canadian Human Rights Act, which set the national expectation for barrier-free services.
- United States: the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), for which WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the benchmark used by the Department of Justice and the courts.
- Europe: the European Accessibility Act and the harmonised standard EN 301 549, which our Serbian and Montenegrin pages follow as well.
Conformance status
We consider 2marketing.com partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard, and the specific exceptions are listed below. We are working to remove them.
What we have done
- Every page is built with semantic headings, landmarks and a single main heading, so screen readers can move through it in a logical order.
- A “Skip to main content” link appears as soon as you press Tab on any page.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text, and purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Menus, buttons, forms and the accessibility panel can all be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
- The site follows your device’s “reduce motion” setting and stops animations when it is turned on.
- Form fields have visible labels that are also read out by screen readers.
- Pages declare their language (English, Serbian or Montenegrin) so screen readers use the right pronunciation.
Accessibility options on this site
Select the round accessibility button in the lower-left corner of any page to open the accessibility panel. It lets you:
- make text larger in two steps,
- switch on a high-contrast view,
- underline every link,
- change to a plainer, more readable font with wider spacing,
- stop all animations and moving content, and
- make the keyboard focus indicator larger and brighter.
Your choices are saved in your browser on that device, and “Reset all” returns the site to its default look. The panel does not replace your own assistive technology. It works alongside screen readers, browser zoom and operating system settings.
Known limitations
- Older blog articles: some posts published before 2024 may have images with basic alternative text or tables without header cells. We are reviewing them, oldest first.
- Animated illustrations: some decorative animations on service pages start automatically. They pause with the “Stop animations” option or your device’s reduce-motion setting.
- Third-party content: embedded Google Maps, review widgets and links to external tools are provided by other companies. We choose providers with good accessibility records, but we cannot fully control their content.
- Colour contrast: a small number of decorative labels inside illustrations use lighter colours. The high-contrast option darkens them.

Alternative formats and communication supports
In line with the AODA Information and Communications Standard, we provide accessible formats and communication supports on request, at no extra cost, and in a time frame that takes your needs into account.
How we check the site
We test with automated tools (Lighthouse and axe) and by hand with keyboard-only navigation and browser zoom. We are adding regular screen reader testing. New pages are checked before they go live, and the whole site is reviewed at least once a year. This statement was last reviewed on September 30, 2026.
If you are not satisfied
If our response does not resolve your concern, please ask for it to be reviewed by our management team at the same email address. You can also contact the accessibility authority in your region, such as the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario or the Accessibility Commissioner of Canada.
